Our Insurance Framework
Our multi-layered insurance program is designed to meet and exceed the rigorous compliance standards of the most demanding clients. We ensure every mission is backed by policies that protect you first.
1. Comprehensive General Liability
We are protected by a $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate General Liability policy from Hiscox. This provides a robust foundation of coverage for all on-site and ground-based activities.
2. Specialized Aviation & UAV Coverage
Every flight is covered by a dedicated aviation policy at $1,000,000 per occurrence. For enterprise-level missions, our pilot network is required to carry $5,000,000 per occurrence in UAV/Aviation Liability, scalable to $10,000,000 for the most sensitive and high-value infrastructure projects.
3. Commercial Auto Liability
Upon request, we can add your organization as an Additional Insured to our $1,000,000 Commercial Auto Liability policy, extending coverage for all project-related ground transit.
4. Umbrella / Excess Liability
For projects requiring coverage beyond our standard robust limits, we can provide additional layers of protection through an Umbrella/Excess Liability policy to meet any client or contractual requirement.
Key Policy Endorsements That Protect You
For our enterprise and public-sector partners, standard coverage is just the starting point. We mandate that our policies include the following critical endorsements to extend protection directly to your organization.
- Additional Insured Status: We name you and your organization as an Additional Insured on our General and Aviation Liability policies. This means you are protected directly, providing a primary layer of defense for your organization.
- Waiver of Subrogation: This endorsement prevents an insurance carrier from seeking reimbursement from your insurance policy in the event of a claim. It isolates the risk and protects your insurance record.
- Primary & Non-Contributory: For highly sensitive projects we can ensure our coverage acts as the primary policy. It will respond first in the event of a claim, before your own insurance is ever called upon.
- Severability of Interests: Also known as a "Separation of Insureds," this clause ensures that coverage applies to each insured party as if they had their own separate policy, preventing potential conflicts. Please request if you desire this coverage for your project.

- FAA Part 107 Certified Pilots: Every operator in our 3,000+ member network is federally licensed, trained, and vetted for professionalism and safety adherence.
- Rigorous Document Verification: Before mobilizing for any mission, we verify each pilot's active insurance policies, Certificate of Insurance (COI), specific endorsement forms, and FAA credentials. This ensures the standards we promise are the standards we deploy in the field.
- Pre-Flight Risk Assessments: Before any mission, our teams conduct detailed site evaluations and airspace analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Standardized Operating Procedures: From capture to data handling, we follow strict protocols to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable outcomes on every project.
Verify Our Coverage
